| How long do orders take? | Orders take 3-4 weeks to process. |
| I have an idea for a design. Could you make it? | Custom orders are encouraged. I will work with you to replicate your design idea. There is a $15 design fee which will be credited against your final order. |
| I don't have pierced ears. Do you have clip-on styles? | Just mention that you need a design to be modified to a clip on. There is no charge for this customization. |
| I have sensitive ears. Do you offer nickel free earrings? | Just mention Nickle Free during your order and I will customize the earrings to suit your needs. There is no charge for this customization. |
| Do you charge sales tax on your orders? | I charge sales tax of 7% on Florida state orders only. |
| What forms of payment do you accept? | I accept Paypal, Checks and Money Orders. Checks and Money Orders are held up to ten days in order for them to clear. |
| Do you ship orders? | I ship to US and Canadian addresses for a flat fee of $5 for jewelry or flower pens, or $15 for beaded bouquets. Jewelry or pen orders over $200 have free shipping. |
